We have been working with enterprise teams since 2019. We would rather stay small, go deep and do the work properly than grow fast.
How we started
Hülagühan Labs was founded by a handful of engineers and designers who kept seeing the same problem in enterprise projects: well-planned work fell apart between teams at delivery. Design sat in one place, development in another, and responsibility for the launch usually nowhere at all.
We chose the single-team model instead. The same people run discovery, design the product, write the code and ship it. That model never made us a fast-growing agency — but it does let us stand behind every product we deliver.
Today we work with enterprise clients across logistics, fintech, education and insurance. What they have in common is wanting a team that produces measurable results and writes code they can take over.

Four principles that shape how we work
Clarity first
A vague scope produces a vague result. We write down what we are doing and why, and make sure everyone understands the same thing.
We don't improve what we don't measure
We set targets for performance, accessibility and business outcomes, and report the result in numbers. Measurement over guesswork.
The code we hand over is our code
When we deliver a project, your team has to be able to develop it further. Documentation and training are part of the job, not an extra.
Compliance isn't bolted on later
KVKK, GDPR and store requirements enter the design on day one. We don't do surprise compliance work in launch week.
The people who will work on your project
You won't meet a sales team and then never speak to the engineers. Whoever you see in the first call is who you work with on the project.
