Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at https://hulaguhanlabs.com.tr. By using the site you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Parties and Scope
These terms govern the relationship between Hülagühan Labs Yazılım Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. ("Hülagühan Labs", the "Company") on the one hand and the natural or legal person visiting or using the site (the "User") on the other. If you do not accept these terms you should not use the site.
Where a separate service agreement has been signed between the Company and the User, the provisions of that agreement take precedence; these terms apply only as a supplement on matters not covered by that agreement.
2. Description of the Service
The site is published in order to present the Company's software development, design and consulting services, to showcase reference projects and to enable contact. No service is sold and no online payment is processed directly through the site.
3. Conditions of Use
The User agrees not to do any of the following when using the site:
- Act contrary to applicable legislation or to the rights of third parties
- Use automated access tools that place a disproportionate load on the site's infrastructure (unauthorised crawling, scraping, load testing and the like)
- Attempt to circumvent the site's security measures or attempt unauthorised access
- Transmit malware, malicious code or unsolicited content
- Reproduce, republish or commercially exploit the site's content without the Company's written permission
- Use the contact form with false information or for bulk messaging
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual and industrial property rights in the text, images, logos, trade marks, designs, interfaces and software elements on the site belong to the Company or to the relevant rights holders. They are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property.
No licence or right is granted to the User beyond viewing the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing or adapting the content without permission is prohibited.
Rights in project work
The transfer of intellectual property rights in projects carried out for clients is governed separately in the relevant service agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, the rights of use in deliverables that have been paid for in full are transferred to the client; the Company's rights in the general-purpose libraries, tools and know-how it has developed itself are reserved.
5. References and Sample Work
The project examples, performance figures and client testimonials on the site are for promotional purposes. This content does not constitute an undertaking that the same results will be achieved on similar projects; the outcome of every project varies with scope, data and circumstances.
6. Third-Party Links
The site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company has no control over, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy practices or security of those sites. You are advised to review the terms of use of the relevant sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is". The Company does not undertake that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely free of security vulnerabilities. Access to the site may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or technical necessities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company cannot be held liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence, and mandatory rights arising from consumer legislation, are excluded from this limitation.
8. Force Majeure
In circumstances beyond the parties' reasonable control — such as natural disaster, epidemic, war, mobilisation, cyber-attack, general outages in the electricity or internet infrastructure, or decisions of official authorities — the obligations of the affected party are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
9. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data collected through the site is processed within the framework of the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Notice. The Cookie Policy applies to the use of cookies.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms of Use unilaterally. Updated terms take effect the moment they are published on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current terms.
11. Applicable Law and Competent Courts
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise from these terms. For users who qualify as consumers, the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits set out in the relevant legislation is reserved.
