What kind of place will you be working in?
We deliberately keep the number of meetings low. Decisions are made in writing and discussion happens in the document, so everyone can contribute on their own schedule.
We talk about delivered work, not hours logged. Remote has been the default since day one — the office is open to anyone who wants it and mandatory for no one.
Friday afternoons are set aside for learning. Contribute to open source or study something new — those hours don't go to client work.
