Explicit Consent Statement
This statement governs your explicit consent to the processing of location and device activity data belonging to the child in your care. It is also presented for your approval inside the app.
1. Scope of the consent
Having been informed by the Turkish Data Protection Notice and the Privacy Policy, I declare that I freely and explicitly consent to the processing of the following personal data belonging to the child in my care, for the purposes stated:

2. Guardian's declaration
By giving this consent I declare and accept that:
- I am over 18 years old and I am the parent or legal guardian of the child to be located;
- I am entitled to install the app on the child's device and to start location tracking on that device;
- I will inform the child, in a manner appropriate to their age and understanding, that they are being located;
- I will not use the app to track third parties — a spouse, relative, employee or friend — without their consent;
- any legal and criminal liability arising from untrue declarations rests with me.
3. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time, without giving a reason:
- By revoking the relevant permission (location, background location, Usage access) in the device settings — this also stops collection technically
- By deleting the optional profile fields inside the app
- By email to kvkk@hulaguhanlabs.com.tr
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out up to the moment of withdrawal. After withdrawal the relevant data is no longer collected; existing location records are in any case retained for at most 30 days and are then deleted automatically.
4. Processing not based on consent
Account and family information (email, password hash, display name, family membership), the child device's technical data, safety events and subscription status are not within the scope of this consent, because they rest on the legal grounds of performance of a contract and legitimate interests.
